The pump top is made up of three parts: the spout, the ring and the bottle top. Grasp the bottle top with your fingers and with your other hand, twist the spout counterclockwise until the spout pops up. If you have an especially stubborn spout that doesn't want to twist, we recommend taking the extra step of removing the entire pump from the bottle, wiping off the shampoo, drying it and grasping the pump just under the bottle top while you twist the spout. This should give you better grip and help to avoid breaking the pump!

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
